Door Details

I'd really love to zhush up a couple of the generic white paneled interior doors in our house.  One of them is the door to my husband's office and the other is the dining room door to the kitchen.  How great would a nail head tricked out door with a round porthole window be for the dining room?!  I've been all over the internet trying to come up with some ideas. These two examples (both via Martha Stewart) are not exactly what I had in mind, but they're both so clever and pretty that I decided to post them here.  Have you gotten fancy with any of the doors in your space?
