After reading all of the comments for last week's art.com giveaway, I see that I'm like most of you, since I too prefer art for the home that is both meaningful and beautiful. Whether it's abstract or representational, traditional or more contemporary...art really can transform a space. Today, I thought I would highlight the work of an artist I've admired for many years. Luc Leestemaker, a Dutch artist, now residing in California, is known best for his abstract landscapes. These are just a small sample of his beautiful paintings. If you live in the Boston area and would like to see more of Luc's work in person, check out Galerie d'Orsay's current exhibition, running from now until July 25, 2011. And, if you go, please let me know what you thought! Otherwise, to see more, just click over here!
